ALABASTRON CLASSIC

A Woman Renewed – 2027 Application Ongoing.

A 16-Week Pattern Integration Experience

For women who understand themselves and are ready to live soul-aligned with what they know.

Why This Program Exists

Many high achieving women reach a point where:

• They understand why they are the way they are

• They can articulate their patterns clearly

• They have compassion for their past

And yet…

They are still living inside the same self-defeating cycles.

This program exists for that moment —

when insight is no longer the issue, but integration is.

This is not therapy.

It is not coaching-by-formula.

And it is not a space for endless emotional processing.

This is a once-a-year, high-touch, Online live experience for women who are ready to recognize the invisible patterns shaping their lives — and take responsibility for changing how they live, relate and lead.

If you have done years of inner work, gained insight, named your wounds, and can clearly see your patterns — yet still find yourself repeating them — this work is for you.

It’s about aligning what you know with living, relating and leading with clarity, self-respect and dignity.

The Arc of the 16 Weeks Online

The program take place on schedule once a week for 2 hours, Thursdays 7.30pm EAT.

It is designed to cover:

Identifying the patterns and effects

You begin by naming what has been running your life quietly:

• Relationship patterns

• Emotional responses

• Survival strategies

• Repeating choices

We slow down just enough to see clearly — not to spiral.

Responsibility & Repatterning

This is where the work matures.

You will explore:

• Where you participate in the patterns you dislike

• Where boundaries are missing or avoided

• Where insight has not yet become choice

This is not about blame.

It is about power returning to your hands.

Integration & Realignment

Here, the work becomes practical and embodied.

We focus on:

• Living soul-aligned, not healing harder

• Tolerating the discomfort of change

• Letting go of identities that no longer fit

• Choosing responses aligned with who you are becoming

Growth here is often quieter — and far more stable.

• Are ready to take responsibility for their growth

You don’t need to “heal harder.”

You do need to be ready.

Who This Is Not For

What “living soul aligned” means in this work

Living soul aligned means making choices that are congruent with what you already know to be true

— emotionally, relationally, spiritually, and practically

— without abandoning yourself to maintain familiarity, approval, or comfort.

This program exists for the woman who is ready to move from insight into soul-aligned living in her

boundaries, choices, relationships, and leadership.

Frequently asked questions

Is this therapy?

No.

This program does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment.

Emotional sharing is part of the work, but it is contained, guided, and oriented toward integration, not ongoing processing.

Will I be asked to share personal experiences?

Yes — in a structured and respectful way.

Sharing is focused on patterns, not retelling trauma. You are never required to share more than you are ready to.

What if I’m going through a very difficult season?

This program is best suited for women who have some stability and external support.

If you are in acute distress or crisis, we encourage you to seek one-on-one or professional care before joining.

How is this different from coaching?

Coaching often focuses on goals and strategies.

This work focuses on the inner patterns that shape your choices, and then guides you into practicing change in daily life.

It is deeper than coaching — and more structured than open healing spaces.

What is expected of me between sessions?

You will be asked to do self work:

• Reflect honestly

• Notice your patterns in real time

• Practice new responses

• Sit with some discomfort without self-judgment

This is where transformation actually happens.

What if I fall behind or miss a session?

Because this is a live online unrecorded, relational container, presence matters.

Emergency absences are understandable, but this program works best when you commit fully to the arc.

How many women are in each cohort?

The cohort or a season as we call it, is intentionally structured to split into small groups (typically 4-7 women in small groups) to protect depth, dignity, and safety

Why is this offered only once a year?

Because this level of depth requires:

• Preparation

• Capacity

• Integration time
