RECROWNED is a three-day, in-person sovereignty restoration experience for women over 35 who are leading in business/entrepreneurship, corporate, government, philanthropy, or humanitarian work.

Founder of RECROWNED

A thought leader in inner authority and second-frontier women’s leadership.

Laimani Bidali is the Founder of Alabastron and RECROWNED; a guide for high-achieving women navigating the second frontier of leadership and womanhood.

Her 25 years experience in this body of work focuses on inner authority, sovereignty, and the often-unspoken inner cost of success among accomplished women.

In 2022, Laimani conducted original research exploring the inner lives, identity patterns, and legacy concerns of high-capacity women across leadership, professional, and entrepreneurial contexts.

This research deepened her conviction that empowerment and self-awareness, while essential, are insufficient without inner recalibration and lived authority.

RECROWNED emerges from this work as a deliberate response—creating a contained space where women can restore alignment, dignity, and self-trust in how they live, relate, and lead.

RECROWNED is intentionally contained.

Participation is by application to ensure:

This protects the integrity of the space — and the women within it.

Daily Schedule

8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

The experience includes:

• Health and integration breaks

• Tea and refreshments

• Lunch and dinner

Please plan to be fully present for the entire daily schedule.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included.

Participants are responsible for arranging their own lodging.

Hotel recommendation/s will be shared after acceptance.

One-Time Payment

USD 1200 or KES 150,000

Two-Payment Option

• First payment (on acceptance): USD 650 or KES 84,500

• Final balance: Due no later than two weeks before the event

All fees are payable upon acceptance and secure your place in the experience.

Payment Terms & Policy

• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• In the event of a genuine emergency, paid fees may be credited toward The RECROWNED event within one year, subject to:

◦ Administrative fee deduction of 30% more than 6 months to event, 50% 5-3 months to event and 75% 1-2 months to event and no refund after 4 weeks to event

◦ Availability and approval

◦ Top up the fees to the current retreat fees (after the administrative fee deduction)

• Requests for transfer must be submitted in writing and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

This policy protects the integrity of the container and the commitments made to facilitators, venues, and participants.
